Children’s Christmas Party ‘06
A Children’s Christmas Party was held Saturday, December 16th, 2006 for the Ridgeley American Legion Members’ children up to 10 years old. This event was enjoyed by 24 children and their parents and grandparents.
The children enjoyed making crafts, decorating the Christmas tree and playing with the other children before the much anticipated arrival of Santa Claus who came and handed out gifts and various baked goodies.
What better way to end a great party than with an ice cream cone after munching on Pizza, Hot-dogs & snacks along with their favorite soft drinks.
The party was sponsored by the Ladies Auxiliary, Sons Of The Legion and The American Legion. Pizza & Treat Bags was also donated by Candy’s Karaoke.
Special thanks goes out to the Ladies Auxiliary who put the party together and made it a great success this year and to those that helped out with Crafts and various activities.
And special thanks goes out to Santa Claus, from the children, for brightening the eyes of the small children that attended this years Ridgeley American Legion Children’s Christmas Party. (and you know who you are!!)
